Been traveling lately around Vancouver, BC. Out of the many places I was privileged enough to visit, I had captured some pretty amazing stuff but had very little time to share any of it in the blogosphere. The least I could do tonight is share a glimpse of my visit to Vancouver’s VanDusen’s Botanical Garden. In part of the Christmas spirit, the gardeners at VanDusen had assembled a light show exhibition around their garden to embrace the holiday festivities. This up-close shot is part of my fave tree-light-ornament display (not justifiably cool on its own but more pics to come).
Fun fact: the current garden director, Harry Jongerden, comes from our very own Hamilton, ON. who held a position at the Royal Botanical Garden as the Head of Horticulture and, previous to that, Garden Designer/Horticulturist. Weeee #TeamHamOnt
